Every Friday & Saturday is our sewing class of 2 hours. During this class you decide your level, your pace and your project. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced sewer, all levels are welcome. Come if you would like to repair, make or upcycle. You can start small by making a pin cushion or think big and make your own trousers, everything is possible.
The classes are small, 4 to 5 people max so you can get all the guidance you need.

For beginners we will start the class by explaining the sewingmachine. After that you can practice theading the machine yourself and make your first stitches.

- use of a serger (lockmachine)
- small amount of machine thread and scrap fabric
- all the tools you need: pins, fabric scissors, patternpaper...
- use of patterns and patternbooks
- coffee, tea, cookies

For bigger project it's best to bring your own fabric ( pre-washed) with matching machine thread.

During this class you decide what to make and where you need guidance. Itske is specialised in fit and pattern adjustments, but any sewing or pattern questions are welcome.

Private Event
During a private workshop we'll decide together and in advance what to make. Make baby garments from old shirts, a flag line or a tote bag. Whether you are beginners or have mixed levels in your group, we can cater to your needs. My space is small and can host 5 people maximum.
